Orders & Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note during checkout there is information regarding possible import duties/taxes. The amount of tax vary upon the destination and amount of order.
We use various express delivery services. Orders are delivered in 2-10 business days depending on your destination and chosen shipping option. For each order the tracking link is provided right after the parcel is shipped.
We will email you a tracking link once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. Please note it may take up to 24 hours from receiving the dispatch email for the tracking link to become active.
You can also track your parcel from your Danza account.
Not cool! We’ve either packed it wrong, it’s coming in more than one parcel or it’s fallen off the back of the wagon. If your expected shipping date has passed, then please use 'Contact Us' or email us at hello@danzadanza.com and we will sort it out for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returned item(s) must have original packaging, including tags and boxes and pouches. Returned item(s) must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Please, avoid wearing perfume/deodorant when trying on clothes.

It is important to us that you absolutely love your selection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s).

Danza generated return labels are available for $5 for all US shipments.
For all other international orders customers are responsible for shipment return & cost.
Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Please note we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.

Too late, you missed it! Our best selling items can go out of stock fast. The good news is that they can reappear. Sign up for particular sold out product at the product page and we will notify you as soon as it is restocked!

Lucky you! Yes, you absolutely can use all your gift cards during check out. The amount will be summed up and calculated automatically. Please note that you also can use a discount code if you have one available during the check out.
The gift card expires 1 year after the purchase is made.
No promotional discounts, coupons, or offers may be applied to purchase a Danza gift card. We are unable to change the value of the gift card, once it has been purchased.
