The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments around the world to issue work and travel restrictions on a daily basis, which are impacting our ability to meet our high standards of service. We are working closely with our shipping partners to ensure all orders arrive safely and on time.
At this unprecedented time your order may unfortunately take up to 6 weeks to reach you as our delivery partners experience delays. Some of the orders are delayed at the customs of your countries, some are delayed at the airports waiting for the transit, as the number of flight were dramatically decreased. For the new orders shipped with UPS the delivery term is 6-9 days.
We want you to know that we are constantly looking for new possible delivery options for you. And want you to be sure that all placed orders will finally be delivered, otherwise your payments will be refunded.

Orders & Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Average delivery time for the International standard shipping (€15) is 15-20 days.
Alternatively, EMS (€25) has 10-15 days delivery terms. The EMS is delivered straight to your address by the courier, while parcels shipped by standard international delivery are collected at the post office.
Free shipping is on all orders over €250
For each order tracking link is provided right after the parcel is shipped. All Danza orders are hand-picked and packed with love from Moscow, Russia.

We will email you a tracking link once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. Please note it may take up to 24 hours from receiving the dispatch email for the tracking link to become active.
You can also track your parcel from your Danza account.
Not cool! We’ve either packed it wrong, it’s coming in more than one parcel or it’s fallen off the back of the wagon. If your expected shipping date has passed, then please use 'Contact Us' or email us at hello@DanzaDanza.com and we will sort it out for you.
It is important to us that you absolutely love your selection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s) within 30 days of placing an order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Returned item(s) must have original packaging, including tags and boxes and pouches.
Returned item(s) must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition.
Please, avoid wearing perfume/deodorant when trying on clothes.
